HOLTZEN ENGINEERING GROUP also provides CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES. Our civil engineering services focus on land development, which includes commercial site development plans, and subdivisions. Our primary area of service for land development engineering is in Northwestern  & North Central Oklahoma, from Woodward to Stillwater and from Oklahoma City to Kansas.
